Hi everyone, interested in setting up propeties as Airbnb rentals in niagara fallsON? I see potential but im having a hard time accounting for vacancy rates. obviously summer time is busy, but my concern is if the high season offsets the low season enough to be worth while. anyone else have propertiesin a similar, tourist market with large swings in demand that have tried airbnb or similar sites? thanks in adavance!!!
