How do I find investors - Crow or Private

I am just getting started in the real estate business. I am not quite finished with real estate school. How important is it for me to graduate before getting started in rehabs.

I found a house that the family is wanting to get rid of, but do not want realtors to get involved, so to not have realtor fees. 

I am interested in wholesaling and getting a new buyer. I already have the comps in the area. I just don't know where to find investors that would help me out. I already have my LLC, but have none to put down. I would have to have the whole deal funded. I have heard there are investors out there that do this sort of thing.

Any advice would definitely be appreciated.
