Good book on inspection?

I just finished reading the bigger pockets 1st book about flipping houses and he mentions learning inspection so I can estimate rehab . He recommends a book called "inspecting a house" but the latest version of that book isn't available for kindle (only paperback) however that book has a older version that does support kindle. Is there a big difference between the 2 versions?

Also what other good simple easy books are there on this subject so I can quickly figure out what needs work ?
