Dallas/Ft. Worth Contractors

Hello BP Nation!  I am fairly new to investing & BP but am currently under contract on my 1st Flip in the North Dallas Area.  I am super fired up that I finally took the plunge and went for it.  I do however have my first challenge.......finding a contractor that will call me back!  I have a very good contractor but he is very busy & not priced for the investor frame of mind.

I have reached out to a couple I have used in the past and they don't return phone calls.....go figure! I thought I would reach out to BP Network in the DFW area for some referrals on contractors.  I will be starting a higher end cosmetic gut in about 3 weeks.  I have a good idea of what this rehab should cost but honestly need to get some reliable bids.  

So if you don't have your guy on a job for you right now I would truly appreciate a solid reference being this is my 1st Flip & I have learned the hard way on my personal home renovations.  Thanks in advance everyone!
