How to generate more motivated seller leads
Hello everyone at BP. My name is Alex and I'm a beginner wholesaler in Houston. I've heard of different ways to generate seller leads such as bandit signs, direct marketing, driving for dollars, buying list, etc. I was hoping someone could tell me what is really working out there. I hope this post finds everyone well and thank you for any replies ahead of time.

@Alex Rayford Alex i would stick with simple and inexpensive. A magnetic sign for your car and bandit signs. Also some postcards to folks that are behind on their taxes would be quick and easy.
Best of luck to you
