Independent Private Money Broker in FLorida

Does an Independent Private Money Broker/ Scout needs a license to work in FL? I am just thinking of tagging my website to this private money company's website, to attract clients then forward these clients to the loan officers to complete the loan, for about three percent of the loan amount. Of course other marketing will be used like craigslist, flyers etc.
