Driving for Dollars house in a Trust

I have a quick (and probably simple) question. I was driving for dollars and one of the houses that was vacant, based on tax records, is in a revocable trust. Is it worth the trouble to try to contact the person on the tax records? My intent would be wholesaling. Thank you in advance!
