Hi, my name is Mike. I'm looking into starting out in wholesaling. I have a question that someone can hopefully answer. I'm meeting with a title company tommrow and my main question is how to find leads. If someone can give me some advice on how to start, that would be great. I am starting a list with buyers/investors already; but just need to know a good way how to find the right leads. I can send out many letters to people but I know those wont be the individual's I need to send them too. I have the idea to who I need to send them too but just dont know how to find those who are in need or distress. I hope I can find advice, thank you.
