learning to find investors and cash buyers

Hey my wife and I are just getting started in real estate investing. we've been trying to work on building our team and its been going pretty good so far but we aren't sure what the best way to find cash investors and buyers. we want to make sure that we get in contact with some buyers so that when we find a deal we can move on it fast. what's a good way start finding buyers? thank you Josh
