Hi Jared, I'm a 29 year old partner and agent with Vintage Ridge Realty.  We own and manage 17 units, and we just purchased a six unit in Haymarket Virginia.  I am also going to purchase a small multifamily in the next year , that I will owner occupy.  I also specialize in small multifamily properties, and I'm building a list of all the 2-4 unit investment properties in Northern Virginia.
