Best place for bathroom in a colonial 1st floor?
I am wondering where the best place to put a bathroom would be that would add the most value? Most of the times there are rooms in a dining area or kitchen area to add a bathroom. If i had to choose between these 2 areas to add a half bathroom which would be better? Or should i find a place in living room or somewhere else at all cost or not add at all?
I am researching on flipping houses so wondering what adds more value in a colonial that only has 1 bathroom currently in 2nd floor so i want to add another in 1st.
