Wholesaling out of state

Hey everyone!

I'm gathering as much information as I can about wholesaling right now, and something I was very curious about is out of state wholesaling. I went to a rich dad seminar weeks ago, and they mentioned out of state wholesaling as a viable option for everyone, but I wasn't too sure about that (everything is a viable option at those seminars).

Anyone have any experience wholesaling outside of their home state? How is it for you, and what's marketing like?

Every state is different in terms of real estate law and whether or not your need a license for wholesaling, etc.  (And, if you need a license from that state.) You'd have to check with the state you're interested in to see what the lay of the land looks like.
