Hi,

I am new to real estate investment but very passionate about it. I am a bit confused as to whether I should register a business and buy my first property in my business name or do it as an individual. Any advise on this?

Thank you.

The easiest approach is to buy in your own name. As long as you do not grow to the point of having employees you do not need a entity.

Insurance is your primary protection whether you do or don't have a LLC.
