Looking for wholesalers in Union and Essex County New Jersey!

Good afternoon Bigger Pockets,

Im new to this website, My name is Chiffon House. Im currently looking to flip my first house.

I currently own a 3 family in Newark, NJ and thought it would be a good idea to start ooking into purchasing a rehab property to buy and flip.

A friend/mentor suggested I start looking in Union and Essex county (where a own my investment property) because I can buy low and sell high as these areas are up and coming.

I have a hard money lender lined up and I already started putting in cash offers.

Im working with an agent who sends me listings off the MLS but by the time I go see it they are either gone or if put in my offer and its still available my offer doesn't get accepted.

After six months of looking Im ready to work with a wholesaler. Please if you know of someone who buys in my marker area. Please let me know :)
