Wholesaling to build capital?
I aspire to buy and hold single family homes and small multi-families. But my wife and I are saving to buy land and build a home for our family. Therefore, I do not have the disposable cash to put down on my first real estate deal. Plus, I do not want to ding my credit by borrowing for a rental before we apply for the construction loan next spring (2018).
Is wholesaling a good way to build capital that I can use for my first investment deal? Thank you.
