Starting out in Milwaukee area

I am looking for someone who is willing to assist with a round robin auction. I will provide all the necessary funds, but I need someone who can handle the creation and distribution of the marketing materials. I will pay a commission. You do not have to a licensed real estate agent, since I will conduct the auction myself. I just need someone to do all the "grunt" work since I am an out of state owner.

This was a buy, rehah, and sale transaction. For any newbies, I will provide you with all the background info., so you can replicate the transaction. This would be a good learning experience.
