Hello BP! My name is Leonard Bullard and my home base is Charlotte NC. For the last 8 months to a year I have been looking at houses and multi families thinking that is where my interest lies. I have been a BP member since November of last year. I have been listening to the podcast, watching Youtube videos and listening to books. I recently listened to Rich Dad Poor Dad which was my favorite and now on Brandons Rental Property Investing book. I was hoping next to start connecting to fellow members and investors. Looking to see if there is a Charlotte BP meet up? I would like to shake hands and pick brains maybe bounce deals off my veteran investors around my area.  My first step was to introduce myself and just tell BP WHATS UP!!!!
