so i've been lurking in the forums for a few weeks. reading as much as i can. today i finally decided to start an account. i want to start investing in real estate in the near future, but i don't have the slightest clue where to start. any advice that you guys could give a new investor would be much appreciated. mainly websites/posts, or books to read. thanks in advance.
