How to properly look at a rental property listing
Hello all, I'm very new to REI and I would like to start with an example.
If you were looking to on Zillow.com to purchase a rental property in Tampa, Florida between $100,000 and $200,000 what are the top three properties you might pick and why?
These properties should have decent growth potential and rental cash flow. I plan on using property managers and contractor repair people and continuously growing the number of my properties year after year with the profits.
Thanks for your help!
