Mentor in Savannah Ga?

Hey BP. I'm looking to buy my first buy and hold later this year. Been paying down personal debt for the past year or so to free up income. Right now I'm on track to be ready to buy in the November/December time frame. In the mean time I've been reading and listening to podcast constantly. As you have all notice it seems every podcast says to "find a mentor". Ha..... that easy huh? I honestly only know of 2 people personally that are into any type of real estate investing, and both have been at it about a year. So I'm making this post looking for someone in the Savannah Ga area that has more experience and wouldn't mind mentoring someone. If you're interested I'll gladly buy lunch and maybe we could have a chat. Thanks for the time in reading this either way. Ideally I would like someone I could bounce questions off of, and maybe let me tag along from time to time just to let me see how things actually operate. My main goal is to retire and do whatever I want and not care about where the money will come from. My secondary goal is to make enough that I can retire early......... so if I can get the secondary the primary should take care of itself. I'm a face to face person so please be in the local area. Thanks again.
