First Time Purchase 4 Family

I have just completed attorney review on my first buy-hold property and would like to list the property for rent. The property is 4 Unit vacant and newly renovated. Some minor exterior work will need to be done to the side walks, however this should not keep tenants from moving in. I would like to start posting the listings asap.

1. How soon shall I wait before listing on craigslist, apartments.com, etc.?

2. I have the lease agreement and understand the process on screening tenants.

Thanks in advance for the replies.
