I am currently working on my real estate license and was wondering how working for commission (as a realtor) and getting loans works. I'd like to invest in rental properties and do not want a traditional 9-5 while working on my degree. Can I still obtain an FHA loan as a realtor? I want to get started on my investing journey, just don't know which route to take in order to begin.
