New to Finding and Renting Homes

I am very new to locating and renting homes, I am in Florida near Jacksonville and I would like to learn how to locate and rent homes out. At least for some information. I saw a website (http://www.ekd-investments.com/contact.html) that I see they rent houses out, no Real Estate License needed, just some knowledge. Can anyone assist me with getting additional knowledge of how to start this process for myself. No money saved up right now.
