Hi BP Members, I am new to wholesaling and I'm currently working out my first deal. I've been trying to locate a good purchase and sale document online although I couldn't find any for our state? I am looking for a one-page contract that allows me to put the property under contract with the clause Subject to Financing or Inspection. I've seen a couple contracts online although wasn't sure if they are valid in our state (Minnesota).
