Employed 100K /yr and small business
Hello all. I'm a full-time employee making 100k a year, have a small barbershop and paying mortgage on a single family home. My next goal is to buy the building my shop is in and own multi-apartment rental property. My liquid is really low cause I've been tearing down my car and loan debts as fast as I can cause I want to have a clean vehicle when it's time to invest. What do I do next?! Do I have to have 20% for investment property? Do I have enough income? Do I qualify to take the next big step in real estate? What can or should I do next? Thank you.
