Getting first investment property in Paulding/Cobb county area

Hello BP,

I am looking to buy a home to live in. I also want this home to be an investment property. I'm struggling to find an agent in the Paulding/Cobb county area of Georgia that could help me with this. Any advice or references would be great. Thanks BP!
