Hey everyone,

I currently live in Charlotte, NC and looking to invest in a duplex/triplex/quadplex under 125k (possibly a single family under 60k). I'm relatively new to the area and would love to have coffee with someone if they're interested in talking to me about the area, your story and just general real estate talk.
