Fourplex investment Strategy

Preface of my situation:

I am a 21 Y/O Marine who has invested in a previously foreclosed home in a great neighborhood 30 minutes outside of D.C. all of which is going well however; I am going to be stationed somewhere else in the future and will be looking for the Same live-in flip style situation only this time, I would like to find a fourplex, hopefully foreclosed also.

 My options here are San Diego and Jacksonville NC. My current Renovation in D.C. will also be for rent however IOT to fund, I may either sell (for 60,000 in profit) or refinance, I have a credit score of 720 due to short history of accounts and I am wondering what My best options are. Looking also for ideas on the timeframe of handling this future renovation. I am a carpenter and never contract out. I specialize in elegant masonry and trim but am capable of complete reconstruction
