how would I get into the real estate investing where do I start I heard and seen alot of videos on real estate investing I'm kind of confused about the whole contract thing some people say you have to give the seller a dollar as a down payment I need help lol I'm in the Jacksonville FL area and looking to start asap heard you don't even need a real estate license
