Realtors and closing costs
Hey everyone! I am new to investing and have some questions I hope you all can help me with. First, I recently made an offer on a home that was on the MLS. Asking price was $90k. My realtor gave me a number to figure for buying/closing costs of around $12,500. With the house selling at $125k. My question is, how do you cut back on closing costs? Would you all recommend getting a realtor license? Also, I can't see offering less than half of the asking price on most of these homes because of the buying/closing costs and rehabs costs. No one seems to want to sell a house for half of the asking price. What am I doing wrong?
