Estimating Repairs (NJ)

Hey guys, it's been about ten years since I rehabbed and it was in Massachusetts. I'm trying to get a handle on repair estimates in Jersey. Not super detailed, just enough that I can be within the ballpark for when I come back with a contractor. And no I don't trust a contractor to walk it with me yet until I get it under contract.

Can anybody help

Inside:

Paint per sq ft

Carpet per sq ft

Hardwood per sq ft

Tile per sq ft

New furnace

Heating/AC

Electric

Outside:

Windows

Siding per square ft

Roof per square ft roll vs rip

Thanks guys. Feel free to poke fun at all of the things I left off the list.

GrassyAss,

John Moses
