Would This Benefit the Newer Investor?
Hi Investors,
I'm just wondering if anyone thinks it would be useful for me to open up all of my deals for 2017 for you to see the numbers, rehab costs, sales prices and all the little things that come up along the way? My thought is that it would give a realistic view of the numbers and such for Rehabbing homes.
