motivated buyer...need some help
Hi,
I have been presented with an opportunity to buy a property from a motivated buyer. They want to move fast (as they say), but owe about $3500 in back taxes. The home is free and clear with no loans, but it needs work. I am going to do a walk through this weekend so that I have a better picture of the state. I am interested in offering to buy for the outstanding taxes, but have no idea on how to. Any advice?
