Newbie looking for answers!

I am new to REI. I would like to get started in wholesaling. I have been researching the topic for a couple months now and want to get started on my first ASAP. Other than an agreement of sale and an assignment contract, are there any other contracts that are necessary (or you would recommend) that I need to complete a wholesale transaction in PA? Any input or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
