buying a 2nd property
He every one, We currently have one property were buying a 2nd property as a income property, For right now its cheaper to move into the 2nd one with 3% down then it is for the 20% down. Is there anyway we still put 3% down and not move into the 2nd property? we are in California. Thank you for your help in advance.
