Starting out, who is a "must have" for your first deal?

Hi everyone! I'm hoping to purchase a 4plex within 2 months. I finished reading "the ABCs or real estate investing" and learned the importance of having a team prior to purchasing. However, the dilemma is how am I going to afford to have a full team with limited funding? So I'd like to hear from your experience who is a must have for the first deal. Any advice would help!
