Buying vacant land in Florida, "supporting documentation" needed?

I have a seller for a vacant land in Florida and now I'm trying to figure out exactly how to buy it. I got the info on the purchase agreement and deed. But, based on blog posts and info products from Seth Williams, there's another piece: He said most states have a "supporting documentation" form (the name is not consistent) that tells the city or town the property is associated with that the transaction has occurred, and it essentially allows them to adjust who the tax bill will go to. One state called it a real estate transfer tax declaration. I'm not able to find information about this document for Florida. So does Florida require a document like this? If so, doesn't anyone have information about what it's called or where to find information about it?
