Looking for Private Lender
As a start up company, I've come to learn that it isn't as easy as I thought to find private lender in my local area. I've looked into potential lenders by compiling a mailing list of people who were involved in recent flips/sales/investments. Any other way to have lender lined up at my door? Lol
