Deal on REOs, HUD foreclosures in Paulding County

I am looking to move into an area near Paulding County Georgia. I have been wanting to invest for a long time. I thought this move would be a great opportunity to invest. So I want this move to be a potential investment property to rent or sell in the future. Anyone that could guide me in the right direction or help me in this situation. Thanks BP nation!
