Hello BP,

My name is Ashley Salinas, I'm a newbie to real estate investing. I completed the free course here on BP and was so inspired that I went out and completed 180 hours in accredited Real Estate courses at Champions School of Real Estate. I haven't taken the state exam to get licensed yet, but I'm so excited of this accomplishment that I want to begin on my new career path. 

I would like to become an assistant to a Real Estate Agent // Investor in need of help managing their daily schedule. I'm willing to start at the bottom in order to gain all the knowledge I can. Whether that be cleaning out rental properties (I'm well aware of how dirty this work can get), to hosting open houses and so on.

So far, I have created a profile on upwork.com and I plan on leaving my resume at local Real Estate Agencies. If you or anyone you know is in need of help, I would love the opportunity to assist. Also if you have any tips for me, they will be greatly appreciated.
