New Investor Looking For Guidance

Hi All,

Just getting started with the research phase on REI. Loving everything about Bigger Pockets and how much everyone shares and helps! With that said I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction...

I currently have a marketing company that is owned by a parent company so I can just draw a salary off of the main company.(I actually have 3 companies but only one is really active at the moment).  So with that back story here is my question:

I'd like to get started with rentals(Probably duplexes-still researching that) but, I do not have enough cash to purchase outright.  So I would need financing.  But, I would like to keep all of my real estate within a company(Either an existing or a new company).  How would I go about getting financing on a mortgage on a rental property with a new company?  Or is there a way to get financing personally and just assign the title to my company?  Just want to know my options as I do not want to have anything personally and just run through a company.

I know an answer is here somewhere but wanted to ask!

Thanks!
