I think I'm ready to take action!

Hello everyone!

It's been a couple of months since I joined bigger pockets. I started reading up on some material as was suggested and went to a few seminars. I am now ready to take some action and move forward with real estate investing. I am in the greater Milwaukee area and work full time. However I want to make it a point to get out to investor meeting and groups to start networking in hopes taking the next steps in building my own business. Ideally I would like to find a mentor, someone who is willing to work with me so I can help build their business and to help build my own business as well. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hey Jesus! Welcome to BP and REI!

The Biggerpockets meet up is the bomb, and there is also the Milwaukee REIA, good, but not as good.

There are also some landlord associations but I haven't been to those and don't hear too much about them.

If you'd like to get coffee sometime give me a shout, I like meeting other new investors, and I'm only several months ahead!
