Calling all wholesalers...Especially NEWBIES!!
Hello again friends and colleagues and even those of you that I don't have the pleasure YET of giving you that title. I have been working hard as of late, racking my brain on ways to build my business stronger, and to develop ways of helping others the same way someone helped me. I think I came up with something and want to put it out to the community for feedback to see if you think it's a good idea or not.
Someone once told me "that if you find a good deal, money will always follow". If you spend 10 minutes on this site you hear the questions asked "how can I get started?", or "I'm looking for a mentor, any suggestions?". In wholesaling everyone starting out is told to simply find deals, or to build a buyers list. The problem with that is it takes time, and for the newbie, isn't always that simple if you don't know where to start. What if it was that simple though? Would you find value in that?
If someone already had a website, spent time marketing your deal for you, and it cost you little or nothing up front, would you be interested? If all you had to do was focus on building your pipeline, and someone was willing to teach you how to sell, would that be helpful?
This is the concept that I have been developing for a little while now and I think there is a need for it. I'm in Dayton Ohio but have realized that location doesn't matter. I get several calls a week from places like California, Texas, Indianapolis, and many others all looking for deals. Some are looking here in my area yet others are willing to invest anywhere if the deal is right. So if they find me that means they didn't find someone that can fill their need. I see 3 people with a problem...
1. The buyer - can't find any good deals
2. The wholesaler - doesn't know who this potential buyer is
3. Me - the guy that is seeing this wishing I had the deals to sell to the investor.
I, by nature, am a problem solver. I see this as a big problem, and when there is a problem, with the right solution, there is money to be made for all involved. If everyone gets what they want everyone wins!
So if this were the case, would YOU find value in it? I'm simply looking for some feedback to see if I'm onto something worth pursuing, or if I'm way off. Before I waste time chasing something, I want to know if it is worth chasing. Please feel free to comment here and leave your opinion. This is not an attempt to sell but rather a discussion to gauge whether or not anyone else is noticing the same thing or not, and advise on what I should do moving forward. Thanks for the input in advance and excited to see the results!
