Im thinking to buy 10 acres of land and either put 12 trailers or 8 single family homes on it. I dont know where to start. Do I inquire the land first? How many homes or trailers should I start with. What is the price difference between trailers and single family homes simple style. Are there investors that invest in these type of properties?  What budget should I be starting with?
