15 Years Old Boy Starting Out Needs YOUR Help!

Hello, I have recently become interested in real estate and I have a couple of questions:

1.What skills do I need to become a real estate investor and how to learn them?

-What books would you recommend for someone just starting out?

-Do you think I should get a job/help some company/someone doing that so I can learn from them or at least see I if would like it?

-What skills should I learn?(like sales, influence etc.)

-Any other sources of information like BP podcast or any particular posts I should read?

2.What do you think I should do at my age?

-Take my time to learn and maybe start some small side business so I can learn from it?

-Learn the basics and start ASAP, maybe partner with someone older, more experienced and with money, make mistakes, learn form then and move on?

3.Do you think real estate is for everyone?

-I have never done anything connected to construction and I guess when you rehab houses you need to know how to do stuff like that/enjoy it at least at the beginning when you can't outsource it- so do you think I should offer someone free help with stuff like that so I can see if I could enjoy it?  Or maybe if I didn't like it, should I partner with someone that does it?

Or maybe it isn't a problem and I could outsource it even at the beginning/it is not hard to learn?

What do you think? Any other advice? ANY help would be REALLY appreciated.
