hi my names joe and I live in a little po-dunk town in Dover, VT. I'm reaching out to see if anyone in my area is interested in having someone like myself do dirty work for them. I'm a small time self employed construction worker that is looking to get into flipping/rental properties. Any leads would be greatly appreciated
