Realestate License or?...

Hi, I was wondering if it makes sense for someone who hasn't yet invested in a home to get a real estate license. My plan is to buy and hold and use this Brrrr strategy to build my portfolio. I understand there are fees after paying for classes and getting the license itself but I'm not sure what these fees are or if it would be worth it to have right now. To be honest if I was to have my license It'd only be for MLS access for the time being. What do you guys think?
