Help in CNY investing

Hello, my name is Ray Tortorello, I am a local contractor serving central and western NYS. I have three properties I would like to purchase, rehab and flip. Two in cayuga county and one in seneca. Id like to start with these three after one sells buy another. I only need an investor to back me with capital, I need nothing else from them. I will do all finding of the properties, all rehab (have my own crew), and have two agents ready to list the properties and push to get them sold. I am willing to do a 50/50 split on all profits, properties can be put into your name. I just need that one person to take the chance with me and let me show them I know what I’m talking about. I don’t want to just pretty up the homes I want to upgrade them to maximize the profits!

I would also like to get into rentals and rent to owns. All of which will be great money makers.

I am interested in commercial and residential properties. I have been talking to one investor but he seems to like to drag his feet, he isn’t as serious as I am. I spent four years in the marine corps, started my own contracting business that has been paying my bills for 7 years now. Im just ready to move past being the contractor and not dealing with customers as much.
