Well I have been lurking in the forums for the past month and decided to upgrade my account to pro. I figured I should learn to start analyzing properties with the tools biggerpockets provides before I actually start investing. I'm also going to watch all the past webinars and decide what kind of strategy I want to start with. So I'm pretty excited to start and also network with fellow biggerpockets members!
