Need help getting started, need some adivce

Good day to everyone in the BP community. I've been trying to get into the RE investing for three years now. Every time I find a good property to flip I always run into something that keeps me from getting it. The main problem is that I neither have the credit nor the capital to get a property. I need suggestions on what to do from here. I will greatly appreciate it as i'm sure someone out there has been in my situation. Thank for your time.
